Ugh, Not The Bankruptcy Thing Again.

...It's the comeback that counts.

WHAT YOU HAVEN’T BEEN TOLD ABOUT DONALD TRUMP’S TAXES AND BANKRUPTCY…………..

First of all, the reality is that Democrats had eight years to fix the tax codes and didn’t.  Trump was a private citizen and did what every other business person did, which is to not pay more than they have to.  Isn’t that what you do with your own taxes?  Do you think Hillary paid a cent more than she had to?  Why do you think Wall Street and establishment politicians are backing Hillary?  It’s because she is an establishment politician who will protect the interests of the elite.

Most people don’t know that U.S. bankruptcy laws were created to encourage risk-taking for entrepreneurs, of which Trump is one (http://iipdigital.usembassy.gov/st/english/publication/2008/08/20080814223511xjyrrep0.102215.html#axzz4LzVpe2Dk ).

Trump never filed for personal bankruptcy and any Trump-tied bankruptcies have all been filed under Chapter 11, a provision allowing troubled companies to stay in business while restructuring their business model or reducing their debts.  In the business world, those filings are far more common, and far less disastrous, than Chapter 7 bankruptcies, in which companies are liquidated to satisfy debts.  Trump struggled during the early 1990s after a real estate crash that was beyond his control and that affected everyone in the real estate business adversely.  Can you imagine how many cool things that wouldn’t exist now if entrepreneurs were to afraid to even take a chance on an idea without any safety net?  There would be a lot of things, and that is well known as proven by the creation of bankruptcy laws.  People taking chances when it comes to new ideas is what has made America so great and such a force in the world from its inception.

Trump has gone from nothing in the 1990’s to the value of his name alone estimated at $3.32 billion.  Not a bad comeback at all.  Someone who can do this and isn’t beholding to any political or private sector entities is exactly what America needs right now.  Hillary believes you’re dumb enough to not understand how business works and that you will believe that Trump just walked away from business endeavors leaving people high and dry without anyone being paid off, which is completely false.  There are also many posh developments bearing the Trump name, including Trump Tower in Manhattan, sprawling condominiums in Istanbul and an upcoming luxury hotel near the White House that have not headed to bankruptcy court.   Out of hundreds and hundreds of deals, only four have gone to bankruptcy.  Many entrepreneurs have taken this option to make a comeback as Trump has.
