Please remember to read through the "What You Need to Know First" page before submitting your request for your free resume, and download and complete your questionnaire that will help me to create the best possible resume for you.  You may send your questionnaire and any additional documents HERE.  (PLEASE DO NOT SUBSTITUTE OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR THE QUESTIONNAIRE AND SEND ONLY WORD/.DOC OR .TXT FILE DOCUMENTS).  

 

Please keep me informed of any changes that may affect your providing timely responses to my requests for information, such as deployment/other issues, or if you wish to cancel your request for a resume so that valuable time is not spent on a resume you no longer need.  Your fellow veterans may need assistance desperately to avoid losing a job due to a deadline or they may have a family for which they are providing.  Please DO NOT send alternative documents in place of the questionnaire.  The questionnaire was designed to make it easier and faster to complete resumes. The more time spent searching for information, the longer you (and fellow veterans) have to wait for your resumes.  Let's all be considerate of each other.  Thank you for your cooperation.
